Exe Alameda Reforma

The room was great. particularly high-quality restaurant. Very good service by the people. The internet worked very well. The desk to work at the room was spacious. The bathroom was very good and spacious. No noise coming from outside.

I love this place and it's my "go to" spot in CDMX. An old-school full service hotel at a fair price. Great staff at all levels, especially up front. Helpful, efficient and respectful. Nice clean rooms and great housekeeping services. It's walkable to many major sites (Alameda Park and Belle Artes) and I've walked to Chapultapec and the Zocalo too. Lots of excellent street food and many good restaurants around, especially by Monumento de la Revolucion. Restaurant and bar and pool/small gym on site. All quiet solid.

The location was great for us to get around, not the prettiest and go two blocks it was a little dodge but we were able to walk to nearby places and restaurants with no issues. The pool was great to have, although the bubbles in the "jacuzzi" were not warm and you had to ask the bar staff to turn them off and on, so if left on all day the whole pool would be freezing. The pool bar was great. You could order and eat food from the restaurant, helpful with kids who didn't want to leave, so we had dinner up there twice, and it was really good food. Juan made the best margaritas in our whole stay in Mexico, and unlike some places we stayed none of the staff were pushy with wanting you to tip them. Our room was a decent size considering it had two double beds for our family of 4pax, and was very clean and comfortable. They have filtered water points on each floor which is really useful and saved us having to buy water the entire time we were there.

We enjoyed it all. Pool, sauna, gym restaurant, the very friendly and accommodating staff. This hotel was perfectly located, quiet area, centrally located to all major attractions and tour start points. If you enjoy walking this, the hotel for you all is within 10 to 30 minutes by foot, including all sorts of public transit, bus, train, Didi ,Uber, taxis, and subways. The bed was comfortable. Drip coffee machine, coffee, and tea included daily. Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. Hand soap. I did expect and would have enjoyed it even more if there was a mini fridge to keep fresh fruit purchases cool. The rooms was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and has all the necessary toiletries and toweils and a shower. Wifi was very good. Breakfast did not have a wide range of options but it did have the basics to cover you and they were very tasty. The swimming pool was indoor and heated, very clean and nice. The hotel is in an area that I felt safe to walk day and early at night to the metro which is a few hunder meters from the hotel. The hotel is on a major street and there were always other people. Also the metrobus stops right is front of the hotel. The hotel is near the city center and very convenient for going to most points of interest in the city.
