I love this place and it's my "go to" spot in CDMX. An old-school full service hotel at a fair price. Great staff at all levels, especially up front. Helpful, efficient and respectful. Nice clean rooms and great housekeeping services. It's walkable to many major sites (Alameda Park and Belle Artes) and I've walked to Chapultapec and the Zocalo too. Lots of excellent street food and many good restaurants around, especially by Monumento de la Revolucion. Restaurant and bar and pool/small gym on site. All quiet solid.

We enjoyed it all. Pool, sauna, gym restaurant, the very friendly and accommodating staff. This hotel was perfectly located, quiet area, centrally located to all major attractions and tour start points. If you enjoy walking this, the hotel for you all is within 10 to 30 minutes by foot, including all sorts of public transit, bus, train, Didi ,Uber, taxis, and subways. The bed was comfortable. Drip coffee machine, coffee, and tea included daily. Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. Hand soap. I did expect and would have enjoyed it even more if there was a mini fridge to keep fresh fruit purchases cool. I hope it will be there the next time I visit "Exe Alameda Reforma" hotel CDMX. thanks again to all. Best regards Marc and 👼 2024

Our entire stay was very pleasant; the breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff is super attentive and help with everything you need and prepare any food or drinks you may want and give you very useful tips! Especially Miguel, Ivan, Giovanni, Jessica, Adilene, Jorge, The pool is an excellent plus, to relax during the day or after a tour, room service is also amazing and all the food is super tasty. We opted to eat all our breakfasts there and no regrets, when we were tired we stayed in and ordered lunch and the hotel is undergoing renovations so all the rooms are getting revamped and they have smart TVs! Its super well located and you are about a 5-10 min walk from restaurants, Paseo de la Reforma, Hotel Barcelo (where most tours pick you up), Bellas Artes and about 10 min maximum in Uber to go to Zocalo, downtown or Condesa, Roma. You can even walk to Angel de la Independencia (15-20min) and on Sundays they close Avenida de la Reforma so people can walk, jog, bike. The hotel is amazingly located and offers great options for food, tours or staying in!

The rooms was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and has all the necessary toiletries and toweils and a shower. Wifi was very good. Breakfast did not have a wide range of options but it did have the basics to cover you and they were very tasty. The swimming pool was indoor and heated, very clean and nice. The hotel is in an area that I felt safe to walk day and early at night to the metro which is a few hunder meters from the hotel. The hotel is on a major street and there were always other people. Also the metrobus stops right is front of the hotel. The hotel is near the city center and very convenient for going to most points of interest in the city.

Proximity to the metro station. Appreciated the slightly early check-in and this is the only hotel that allows late check out (with fees of course) to accommodate night flights. Experienced with other hotels that late check out can only be confirmed int eh day of check out. Overall presentable hotel with lounge to sit and comfortable room.

Close to Alameda park or Hidalgo metro station. Beds are comfortable, great range of choices for breakfast and very helpful and attentive staff. They even sent postcards for me, although they normally don't offer the service.

I stayed in 4 other places (trying different neighborhoods) over 3 weeks but no one can top the Exe Alameda. Great beds and pillows plus very clean rooms, excellent shower and convenient plugs and desk. The staff is wonderful. Helpful, responsive and professional. There's room service, a restaurant on site and a weekend (Thurs-Sat?) bar. Great street food scene and convenience stores nearby. Metro too. Easy walking to Alameda Park area. Monument to the Revolution is close as is the excellent San Carlos art museum. This is a old-school full service hotel and you can't go wrong. It's a winner.

The king suite room is insanely good for the value, the room is absolutely huge. I wanted to work remotely a couple days I was there and the internet was great connection. Room service food that came was really good food. The spa bath is insane, it’s like a pool you would get at a spa. The pool upstairs was beautiful, open until 10pm each night.
